Roseman Covered Bridge
The Roseman is one of Madison
County's six remaining covered bridges. Initially completed in
1883, the structure was restored in 1991-92 at a cost of $152,515.
A $40,000 state grant was used to help pay for the renovation,
made by the Ames-based North Iowa Contractors.
